Estee Lauder Christmas 2011 & The Blockbuster!

Mmm -hands up who doesn't love Estee Lauder's Christmas Blockbuster? Yup, that'll be no one, so.

For the uninitiated, the Blockbuster is an annual event from the brand and it's basically a humungous box of beauty treats you can buy for €69 with the purchase of any fragrance.  This year's will be available from October 31st and it's about the best thing you can buy a mammy, mammy in law or sister. Or, y'know, self.

Containing shadow, blush, brushes, bags and more, lets let the pix tell the story, shall we? This year's Blockbuster will contain:

Here's the Christmas collection, Pure Crimson by Tom Pecheux. It contains Pure Colour Nail Lacquer in Enchanted Garnet, €20, a Golden Alligator compact, €50, Pure Colour Five Colour shadow palette in Enchanted, €46 and three Pure Colour Crystal Lipsticks in Scarlet Siren, Rubellite and Berry Truffle, €23. No doubt we'll be taking an up-close-and-personal look at this when samples arrive.

Pure Crimson also contains three Pure Colour Glosses in Pink Innocence, Magnificent Mauve and Cherry Fever, €20.

There are loads of gifts and fragrance sets for Christmas from Estee Lauder too, but these Michael Kors and Swarovski ones are the most stand-out. Left is the Michael Kors Christmas Set, €55 (which also comes in another shade variation) and on the right is the Swarovski Evening Bag Collection, also €55.
