Oranges are the ONLY fruit this season! MAC Sweet & Sour Lipstick plus lots more orangey bliss
When MAC devote an entire collection to just one colour, you know it's bang on trend. On counter now, the All About Orange collection pays tribute to 'the new global super shade' with seven lippies (€18), three glosses (€21), three blushers (€22.50) and four nail lacquers (€12.50) in juicy interpretations of the theme.
We've already sneak peeked Neon Orange - the only permanent addition to MAC's lipstick line - and I've got Sweet & Sour to show you all today. With my colouring, I'm not sure I can pull this off - I think something brighter and punchier would work better on my mug.
And as luck would have it, I've had big mad love for orange for some time, and have amassed quite the collection of fruity bits and bobs. Wanna check out what's inside my stash?

Liz Earle and Sleek both do lovely orangey blushes, both called Coral, and the new Bourjois cream blush line has two pretty apricotty shades.
Orange lips pack quite the punch, and Maybelline Neon Orange or Hourglass Riviera both make quite the statement. I like to wear them with black liner and mascara and very little else.
For a softer daytime shade, I love the creamy tangerine of Revlon's Tutti Frutti lip butter, or the glossy, sheeny peach of Dior Addict in Charmante. In the bullet this is much like Sweet & Sour, but on the lips it's far less opaque - and ultimately much more wearable.
On the nails, Chanel Holiday is an all-time, year-round favourite for its intense and vibrant ways. The duskier Evening Glow by Sally Hansen also has its charms, as does the matte neon pop of Revlon's Hot Flash.
Sensitive types should love Clinique's Juiced Up, part of their chemical free line, while the pretty peachy ways of Bourjois' Meli Melon mean it should flatter every skin tone.
Tell us, what do you make of the orange trend? Are you loving it or leaving it? To the comments!
