YES! It does! It's fab, goes on very well, the brush cleverly combs your eyelashes to define and separate. The colour is black and dramatic, your eyes look bigger and wide awake. It's suitable for contact lens wearers too. It cost me €13.99 in Boots - I've paid twice that for mascaras that promised much and delivered little.
