The Caitlyn Jenner Halloween Costume is Absolutely Despicable

One of the worst things about one of our favourite times of year is the seriously inappropriate Halloween costumes that horrible, mean people come up with. This time the person of choice to be the butt of Halloween jokes is Caitlyn Jenner and her Vanity Fair cover. And while some are saying that the costume 'celebrates' Jenner, we all know what's really going on.

Thankfully we're not alone in our outrage, as people objecting to the costume have started a Change.org petition to recall the costume and outlined why they feel it's inappropriate, saying: "To make a costume out of a marginalized identity reduces that person and community to a stereotype for privileged people to abuse. In this case, if you follow through with production of a Caitlyn Jenner costume, cisgender people will purchase it to make fun of her and our community."

As of now, the highly offensive costume is still on sale. The description of the item reads:

Another site selling the costume adds in the wonderful line: "You probably won't break any Twitter records when you wear this outfit like Caitlyn did when she first made her account, but you'll be sure to get a few laughs out of your friends and the other guests at the get together."

The only silver lining here is at least it'll be easy to spot the asses to avoid like the plague on Halloween.
