The normally demure Katy Holmes is sultrified to the nines with this collection of Kajal liners and mascara. The new dual ended smokey eye kajal liner has a creamy formula with a built in smudger, making it really versatile. You can use it to neatly blend for a more demure day look, or lean a bit heavier on the aul pencil and do some serious smudgin and blendin for a night on the tiles.
The liner is formulated with ingredients like Palm Kernel and Japanese Fruit wax along with a high concentration of highly blendable pigment to form a paste that won't tug or pull the skin.
