Kids Terrified When Cinema Shows Horror instead of Disney

Inside Out is one of the most hotly anticipated movies of 2015. There's even (whisper it) Oscar talk already.

However, when a group of kids were brought to a local cinema in Ohio, they got something quite different from Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling and Phyllis Smith voicing their feelings.

They were treated to Leigh Whannell's horror threequel, Insidious: Chapter 3.

Yikes.

The film ran for approximately ten minutes, however parents have said the damage's been done.

One mother, who messaged the cinema's Facebook page, said that her children "are terrified and keep asking questions."

The cinema's apologised profusely and offered everyone upgraded tickets, so, ah, that's...something?

The first time a Beaut.ie staffer went to the cinema, to see a re-release of Cinderella, they played a Pluto short beforehand and she was frantic that she was in the wrong screen. Her dad had inconveniently chosen that time to 'pick up something in town' so she had to cry into her popcorn alone. Have you ever had a cinema disaster?
