Loco, after weigh in I always have a blow out! ALWAYS last night was no different. Two bags of crisps, a snickers and a galaxy ripple. I've always done it....

Do you think meetings would help you? I find they are the only thing that keeps me on track even if they can be a bore.

LMWs- Well done on you lb loss.
I was thinking that today myself, having done the older WW programmes before (and lost weight relatively easily on them) I thought using the online tools on the UK site that I'd be sorted but it I think I need the classes just even for advice and venting maybe. Feel like I'm moaning all the time here.

Do you track your binge or do you just ignore it???

Glitterlamp - well done 5lb in 3 weeks is great.

Definitely need classes I've only lost 3lbs in 6 weeks.

Loco, generally on Wednesday I only eat fruit and a yoghurt before weigh in (1pp in total) and then after weigh in I binge, but it probably would just use up all my points. I don't track it though, as I think of it as a free day once I am good for the other six days.

I was away this weekend and then moved house so I haven't been overly good, but think I might just have stayed the same.

Ahola!
Just back from my weeks holidays, didn't weigh in the week before but THANKFULLY I stayed the same. Which I'm delighted with because I ate and drank all around me for the last week.
I decided to get weighed last night (with a different leader) with the hope of working really hard until Thurs week when I go back to my normal classes. I have to say though, I absolutely love my leader. Going to other classes makes me realise how super my proper leader is. I always feel so positive leaving, like I could concur the world. Even for my mind it's great.
Anyhow, I'm back on the filling and healthy. Have all my lunches and dinners made for the week. The cooler bag is under my desk with the ice park keeping my stash cold.
I'm struggling for ideas for dinners; my weakness is coming home from work, starving and heading straight for the cheese...Anyone any suggestions for freezable dinners? Chill con Carne is suprisingly good for the filling and healty.

Up a pound - which I expected after being away for the weekend, plus I may have finished off m&ms and minstrels last night....but the proper walking began yesterday, I now have a ten minute walk from my new place to the bus stop, and if I don't get off the bus three stops early (which I have been doing the past two mornings) I have another ten minute walk to work, so still getting a little walk in each day. I will be back running on Monday, with walks every day until then.

I'm so hungover, weighing in tomorrow... I've tried so hard last week but I'm craving a nice cheesy ham croissant and a doughnut from the shop across the road. AGH.
They say stock up for a hangover, have the good snacks ready. But they don't tell what to do when you do think you'll be hungover!!!!!

Ugh I am back off the wagon...I'm letting myself have today to get myself back together. I'm up another pound...I either can't fit into clothes or I burst out of them (true story - I'm just happy I was nearly home).

I'm six months without tracking properly and I am finding it impossible to get back on track...I'm giving myself four months to lose the 20lbs..I put it on in six I can lose it in four once I cop on and stop eating so much. I think a lot of it has to do with not drinking enough water, but I know it mostly has to do with not going to meetings...so I'm going to prepay the €50 so that will give me six weeks to lose the 10 I need to get back to not having to pay!

Flowerpower - I find low pointed junk food great for hangovers - Snax are only 2pp per bag so I usually have a couple of them and don't feel too bad. I always have rashers, eggs and mushrooms in so it looks like I am having a fry but its only like 8pp for the lot with toast, much better than a breakfast roll. I can't eat chocolate when I'm hungover, it's all about the savoury...If I am forward planning, I will have a shepherds pie made and ready to go in the oven the day before, or stuff in for a quick dinner (pasta and chicken etc, or even just a pizza with chips) or I will buy stuff in M&S that can just be thrown in the oven but I also feel like its a treat without eating fast food!

Well done glitterlamp! Hoping (and praying) I'll be down, have tried hard with the walks and ate very minimum today. Fingers crossed.
Thanks for the help yesterday lmw, I ate the snax (about 3 packets) and had an omelette for dinner, I'm like you, need the savoury food, cheese and salt!
