Thanks little miss I know it is good overall but just you know when it slows down it gets so annoying!!

praxis- no I dont find it hard at all. I still use my 49 extra points but overall you are down 21 points a week! The scales will tell this week if its working!! Have my weight in in the morning! But no I dont actually miss the 3 points at all. All I see it as eating some fruit as a snack instead of a packet of ww crisps and a cracker I normally would have!

Right girls we can all do it together! Summer is coming lets get these gold cards :-)

Yes I'm with you!! I've majorly fallen off the bangwagon...I have whiplash for the past month so I can't run or walk for the time being. I'm not the best pointer, filling and healthy seems to be the better option for me. After the accident I put on half a stone which was really emotional eating as I felt so sorry for my self. You name it, I'd eaten it!! I've managed to get back to 11.13 before going back over 12 st last week. I'm going on my holidays in 3 weeks and would love to be back in the 11's with single figures. is that too much to ask?? I feel I'm sinking and just destined to be fat.

Flowerpower so sorry to hear about your crash! I had whiplash as well in november 11 after a crash and I totally fell off the WW band wagon and didnt get back on it until April of this year!! So congrats on getting back to it! All you can do is try your best to loose the weight before your hols but sure if you dont loose as much as you want to its really not the end of the world you can continue when you come home and just know that this time next year you wont have to worry if you work hard now and keep it off!!

Flowerpower - you've had a big shock and you can't exercise! Take it easy and don't be worrying about it. Get yourself back to full health!

Ok I weighed myself this morning and I'm 11.1lbs...I have 7lbs to get back to goal, and 11 to get back to where I was pre Christmas. Last night was the first night I actually didn't eat crap after work. I had my dinner and an apple. I'm pointing again and I have warned himself that we will not be snacking this weekend. We're bad for each other, before we started going out neither of us snacked and I would barely eat all of my dinner - now I'm going back for more and eating junk after it...we have a month until we move in together properly, and I am going away for a weekend in 4 weeks so I would like to be back to 10.10 at least so I will be back at 42lbs lost! But at least now I know how easy it is to fall off the wagon, hopefully it won't happen again!

Who's up for a 4 week challenge to get us kick started?

Well done - I love seeing 9 stone on the scale. I range from 9 stone 8 to 9 stone 11 - my starting weight was 13 stone 2. I went to 10 stone 1 a few weeks ago after a week of no exercie and too many mammy sandwiches - I don't buy bread myself (except garlic bread now and again) so ham sandwiches are eaten a lot when I am at homw.

I have put on four pounds this week...GAH!!!! I am now a stone above what I want to be and almost a stone above goal..I am not happy at all...I need to stop himself coming shopping with me, if he's not there I find it easier to avoid the sweet aisle :( I know i can't put all the blame on him though so I need to step up myself...

Thanks for the good wishes ladies, hopefully will be back in action sooooon!
Down 1/2 pound last night. Now at 12 stone exactly. It's all in my mind, I need to keep the goal in sight.
Got some great tips from class last night, curry sauces for 3 ppts and stuffed mushrooms for 4 ppts. Delicious! it's all about being clever and organised really isn't it? I think I'm going to get cooking this weekend.
One girl lost 6 & 1/2 pounds over two weeks, she followed the plan. I'm really not doing WW properly. I NEED TO COP ON!!!!!!!!
