Forget the Gym, the times suited me best and they're flexible if you miss any over the 8 weeks which I found very helpful. It was good value too, I only did one class a week. You get sent the homework after each class and you'll have to run twice in your own time. The way I looked at it, if I didn't do the homework, I couldn't keep up with the next class. Best €90 I've spent on a course in a long time, actually seeing the results. Will be keeping it up, doing the funrun class next. I'm ditching zumba too, looking for kettlebell class or boxing or something. Anyone know any good classes?

I second running as a great thing to take up. I did Run with Tina, although it was with guy called Mark who was totally encouraging. I never believed that I would become someone who goes for a run on weekend mornings. I feel fantastic for it, best thing I did in 2011. I havent necessarily lost a lot of weight as a result of it but I have really toned up.

Re WW, Ive taken a few weeks off to give myself a break. Im still eating well and exercising but I just needed to stop half heartedly pointing and then giving out to myself.

Praxis, I'm also taking a few weeks off to get back in the mind frame, although Dunnes do have the WW cakes etc on offer for 1.50 so I have stocked up on them, and will again before the weekend as that is when I completely let loose...I am seriously oversnacking at the moment so once I get that back in check I'll head back..

Hope everyone has a great meeting!x

well I am going back today...I am either just on the 5lbs above goal or over it but if I don't go back I definitely won't be losing anything....I'm going away in six weeks and want to have half a stone gone by then so fingers crossed!

Hi Girls! So I have been back on the plan properly the last 3 weeks stayed the same the first week then lost half a pound the next two weeks! I know half a pound is down but still half a pound?? Its nothing ok yes better than up but still!! I am 2 pounds away from my gold card and did the prepaid sessions so I think I have 3 left so hoping that with a bit of extra work I will get there! I dropped to 26 points after recommendation from my leader! But I duno im getting to the stage that im a bit fed up I feel like I will never loose those 2 pounds!! Also was out last night so will prob be up this week and sure if I go up a pound thats going to take me 2 weeks to get off :( sorry for moaning just feeling so down about it all!!

am back on the wagon myself since last thurs. kinda stayed the same for ages despite not watching what I was eating then weighed myself last week - 10st 6!!
so have been doing the 26 points since thursday and have lost 2lbs already - this is weighing myself now not going back to meeting till I get under the goal +6lbs mark or whatever the one is that they make you pay again!
praxis tbh finding the 26 points hard, very hard. And I have used nearly all the weeklies!
Though I think its good for a kick start, or to get the weight loss going again. espc if I have lost 2lbs already this week.

Think we all decided to get back on the plan at the same time! I am hopeless at the moment...even last night I stuffed my face...I've moved and need to pick up my scales from home tomorrow as without my morning weigh ins I'm doing crap...but today is a new day and am hoping to get back down to goal +5 before next week so I don't have to pay...back tracking from today anyways....

For anyone who wants to know - there are 3pp in a pack of walkers baked, 3 in a Kipling French Fancy, 19 in a bag of Aldi Eclairs (yum, yum) 6 in the M&S Choco Flakes...I have been on a serious binge for the past month and its a new month, 4 weeks till I'm going away and need to drop at least half a stone in that time so I have clothes to wear!

Hope everyone is doing ok! And Sarah - that's great, I'm delighted for you! It does slow down the closer you get to goal but you will have it off in the three weeks!
