I cannot recommend running enough, I started a learn to run course 8 weeks ago yesterday. I ran the St Patricks day 5km race on Sunday in under 31 mins.

I have to say, nothing felt so good getting over the line and seeing my time. UNREAL. What's even better is that having had the feeling and sense of pride,
I really want to get the weight off me. Yay I have the WANT!
I stayed the same last week, had heavy boots on which my leader reckoned weighed at least a pound. Im going to start bringing slippers or something to get weighed. I'd rather know the truth.
9 Weeks until my summer holidays (end of May), a pound and a bit a week and I'll be 11 stone. More than achieveable.
