Flowerpower- is that book good? Im put off by the title tbh.

I dont have any of the cookbooks, naybe I should, as Im short of inspiration. Stayed the same last week, February seemed to be up alb, down a lb, with little overall change. Im still eating fairly healthily and exercising, but Im getting complacent. I need to get in gear, but I just cant seem to manage it.

Anybody got any motivation?

Nope...no motivation to be found here...I was up another pound last week which means I am hovering very close to having to pay again but I still can't snap out of it. I am putting in an extra walk most days though (I walk 5 between going to and from work every day) so I am hoping that and bootcamp make a change!

I have the new cookbook, but the spine hasn't even been cracked! I always get them and then never actually do anything with them!

Stayed the same again this week!! I am totally complacent.
I feel I am wasting my money but I am trying to motivate myself to the next mini goal.

Praxis, when I stayed the same for about two months there last year, the weight started coming off when I began running twice a week. Now it wasn't anything major, it was beginners jogging but I lost the final stone because of it. Although I think you are already exercising? But maybe some little change like that will help?

I was down a half...I don't think I've ever been as happy. I've started walking in the evenings now, I could not be bothered running (which is why I put the bloody weight back on!!!!) but the walking is helping me come around to it slowly. I've had a 40 minute walk on top of my walk to and from work every day since Friday so I just need to keep it up now!

I bet that half felt good LittleMiss.
I cant run in the evenings at the moment, but I am walking to work a couple of times a week, so I am active. But I need to eat less. Off tomorrow so will go for a run then.

Hello ladies,
I've just rejoined today...12st 4lbs and really want to lose ideally 16lbs to get me under 11st. Was stone lighter last year but due to swapping advanced spin classes for cosy nights in with himself, vino and malteasers ... the wobble has crept on :-/
Aiming for 7lbs off for a friend's wedding April 28th and would like to post progress here! My leader is great but a little scary. I feel so much better when I exercise and eat well so here goes! It does work...but I need to track, track and track!

I am back on track! Down a pound this week, haven't a clue how considering I ate all around me last weekend but I also walked A LOT so maybe that counter acted it. Half a stone left to go to get back to where I am! I think almost hitting the 5lbs above goal might have flicked the switch in my head again!

Hope everyone got on well! Foxxykate - you will definitely do it :D the system is easy. If you don't have a calculator get one, and just make sure you're getting a bit of extra exercise!

Hi girls! Im back! Did WW late last year and someone crashed into my car so fell off the wagon. I have stayed in and around the same weight that I was when I left and had lost about 7 pounds. I am currently 10 10 (at night) and want to get down to about 10 stone as I was this weight last summer but ended up putting on a lot when I had a boyfriend (which ended over christmas, left me heartbroken and I turned to food)! Im going back to class on Thursday but am starting in the morning myself in time being. I just dont know how to motivate myself again the last time I had a boyfriend and loved telling him how much I had lost but now I just feel like crap and dont know! I hate exercising as the time alone leaves me thinking about what would have been ect so going to have to start a group class/bootcamp! Have looked at run with tina running but dont think with work the times will suit me!

Put up 6.5 lb in the past two weeks. My weight from day 1 - 7 shows up on the scales day 14, if that makes scence. Have been pointing all week so hopefully Tues week will show a loss. Have been walking for about and hour as well

Well come back Sarah! At least it's a step in the right direction, also think of the bright side, you may see he-who-shall-not-be-named and you'll look super and glowing as a result of the weight loss and exercise?!!
I cannot recommend running enough, I started a learn to run course 8 weeks ago yesterday. I ran the St Patricks day 5km race on Sunday in under 31 mins. :D I have to say, nothing felt so good getting over the line and seeing my time. UNREAL. What's even better is that having had the feeling and sense of pride, I really want to get the weight off me. Yay I have the WANT!
I stayed the same last week, had heavy boots on which my leader reckoned weighed at least a pound. Im going to start bringing slippers or something to get weighed. I'd rather know the truth.
9 Weeks until my summer holidays (end of May), a pound and a bit a week and I'll be 11 stone. More than achieveable.
Here's to the "want"...anyone with me?!
