Update!!

I haven't started the glycolics yet but I have had another rejuvenation treatment with the 15% bio complex and I've been using the Nimue Cleansing Gel and Conditioner with Origins Modern Friction and Liz Earle Deep Cleansing Mask. There is a small amount of glycolic acid the the cleanser and conditioner. I've been following this regime for three weeks and the redness has calmed a lot. I am still red but its not as dark and its easier to cover up. I'm going to continue with the products and have another 2 rejuvenation treatments and see how I go. If the redness continues to fade I may not go for the glycolics!

The Nimue products don't give the percentage of glycolic acid that is in them which makes me think there's probably not a lot in it. Using the like of Neostrata might be more effective as there is more glycolic acid in it but the nimue is working ok for me! And my skin is glowing!

How is everyone getting on? I had another Rejuvenating treatment but unfortunately it inflamed the redness around my nose so decided not to have another one. Instead I've been having regular facials using an organic skincare brand. Still using the Nimue at home and find it great.

Also, I made an appointment to see Dr Cushen in the Hospital Group (same Dr that Emma went to see http://beaut.ie/blog/2012/adult-acne-is ... rone-skin/) so I will let you know what she recommends for me!
