I was wondering if anyone else had the problem of not being sent boots vouchers for your loyalty card? I've had mine for as long as I can remember and have a fair few points, so it's not like it's brand new or there's nothing on it. I'm getting annoyed about it because my mother is always getting sent hers with great deals like double points. Has anyone else had the problem and had it resolved? I'm not really sure who to contact or what to do.
I actually signed myself up for the card i have to replace my first one, because i never got sent my vouchers then either. Can anyone help? Ragin that i never get sent anything
