Boots Vouchers

Hiya girls

I was wondering if anyone else had the problem of not being sent boots vouchers for your loyalty card? I've had mine for as long as I can remember and have a fair few points, so it's not like it's brand new or there's nothing on it. I'm getting annoyed about it because my mother is always getting sent hers with great deals like double points. Has anyone else had the problem and had it resolved? I'm not really sure who to contact or what to do.

I actually signed myself up for the card i have to replace my first one, because i never got sent my vouchers then either. Can anyone help? Ragin that i never get sent anything :evil:

I use to get them and was with my friend onne day and she had a page of them. I rang and made sure I had the right address, which they had.

Six months later and still no voucher so rang again and was told it wasn't automatic, nothing she could do except tell the powerful people who decide that I rang.

A few months later I finally got vouchers and so far so good.

I save my points (bought a hair dryer the last time worth 40 euro) and I am fairly controlled when I'm in boots. Unlike my friend who tosses random bottles of shampoo and shower gels to use up the vouchers.

I dont know the last time i received vouchers from boots. I emailed them last July to see if they still had my correct details. they emailed back saying that the mailing lists are compiled up to 3 months in advance and that she had flagged my Advantage Card account to show that i'm keen to receive mailings from them, but still nothing!!

She also said this

"Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to send all mailings out to all Advantage Card customers, as there are so many. We are constantly reviewing our mailing list, to ensure that the people who are sent the extra offers vouchers are making the most of them. When sending mailings out to our customers we look at their shopping history, to ensure that we are only sending offers that are relevant to each customer."

I do have alot of points collected as i never used them on anything since i 1st got the card as i am saving up for a nice perfume, so i dont know if thats the real reason im not getting vouchers from them.
