If you like Eve Lom cleanser but not the price, Botanics in Boots do a cleansing balm which is fab for less than a tenner - I use a muslin cloth from Guineys much cheaper than the ones in Boots and huge so can be ripped to smaller size

hello peoples.
I love phyto hair range. After getting a brazilian blowout (baaaad idea!!) and getting my hair stripped of colour my hair looks like troll hair. I spent a small fortune ($130) on phyto nectar shampoo, phytokarite deep conditioner and phyto huile d'ales hair oil. Oh that price includes an elemis body scrub. my hair is starting to look like human hair now!!! Also vitapointe leave in conditioner cream stuff for dry hair from tesco, its amazing. Its only about 2.50 and in the dry shampoo and random stuff part of the shampoo isle.
Loving mac lipsticks and concealers. Ooh my new love is Roger & Gallet perfume waters, they are in clearys and small chemists. They are old school fragrances. Elemis lime and ginger scrub used with skin nourishing bath milk gives results i cant praise enough. Only problem is i don't like the company so i need to find an alternative. Love le petit marsillais products, especially the showergels. Thats my new fave stuff from the past few months.

Smelly Yummyness!!!!

My hero product has to be benzoyl peroxide. I suffered moderate, persistant acne for about ten years, and tried EVERYTHING recommended by the doctor to no avail. I became immune to the tetracycline antibiotics I was prescribed and the pill just didn't agree with me. I also didn't really like the idea of being on medication for a prolonged period of time.

I stumbled across the idea of topically-applied benzoyl peroxide via the beaut.ie forum and exhaustive searches on the internet and just wish I'd known about it sooner! Also, I'm perplexed that although no doctor ever recommended it, when I went to Boots to ask about it, the sales assistants were perfectly familiar with it as a treatment for acne.

When I began to use it, I suffered very dry, itchy skin for about a week, but after leaving my skin to calm down for further week and then trying it again, 11 months on, I know I've found a solution!!! No more clusters of big, red, sore, glaring, angry, unsightly spots, which sometimes even merged to become one big, red, sore, angry spot!!! I do get the odd ordinary spot, but very rarely, and even then it's only on the surface.

So thanks a million to all you beaut.ies, reading your comments and recommendations really helped me out :D

My hero product is Dior's One Essential serum. Made a massive difference to my skin where as advanced night repair and idealist did nothing. I spurlged one day and got the instant eye cream, unsure of the name, the one with the massager, and its gorgeous on my eyes, feels so nourishing and comforting. My tired puffy eyes feel refreshed and dark cicles are quite improved, but its pricey!

I have completely fallen in love with Lancome Teint Miracle. Got so many compliments since I started wearing it, people saying I just look really well and somehow "different". ;)
It doesn't airbrush me into Julia Roberts, but it certainly seems to do something. Even when it gets shiny, a quick brush over with Mac Blot Powder and it's dewy again. Love it.

I have so many hero products, rimmel mascara is great and good value, elizabeth arden flawless finish is a great foundation, mac eyeshadows are fab and for the lippies - it has to be lipfinity from max factor. My list changes monthly though!!

Two makeup thingies I could not replace are Mac's Lingering eyebrow pencil, and No 7 's twist up lipliner in caramel. I've tried other brands' versions of both, but nothing has ever equalled either.
I do not like No 7 at all really, but that lipliner, (a light tan/nude, essentially,) ensures that I still have human-looking lips on my face if the old lipstick has worn off.

Makeup wise:
Max factor pan stick in the lightest shade...I know I know! how very retro lol... I use a few tiny swipes and use it under my foundation and its honestly as a must have for me. I am always complimated on my skin and makeup because it looks so natural and noone believes i use this lol

Lancome photogenic illuminating foundation (cant remember its full title lol) for nights out!... just fabulous! been using ir for the past 2 years... currently using mac stuido fix fluid for day time but its not a hero product

Estee lauders sumptous bold volume mascara, just wonderful and have repurchased many times.

Also adore my smashbox eye shadow palet

Skincare wise:

Chanels UV 50+++... I will NEVER be without this product, expensive enough but i use it every day and reapply it every day and am absolutely additcted lol best sunblock ive ever used

lancomes haule eclat! very effective and so cheap for a cleansing oil, def hero product

Rose water-love!

Estee lauders advanced night repair, just done wonders on my skin!! Was worried i was too yound at 23 but my mothers friend who is a derm said is would be fine but the price is insane!!

Jasons vitamin e oil 45,000 IU.. just fantastic... wake up with glowing soft skin.. use it twice a week afer exfoliating with nothing else all over including eye and am in love!.

Olay beauty fluid... I dont know why but i love it... used it straight from 15 to 20, tried others but it never lets me down so i always come back to it.. and so cheap!

Fenjal bath oil... an oldie but a goodie!! gorgeous for a sunday night pampering!
