I used mine last week while in the bath but left it on for too long. The skin around my nose was very...well hot. It could have been that my pore were extremely open (nearly scalded myself from not checking the bath properly before getting in).

I also woke up with two tiny pimples the next day, before my night out. But they were almost invisible by getting ready time.
