Didn't do W5D2 til Saturday. Was good though, not as tough as I imagined. Stuffed with a bloody headcold again now so dunno when I'll get to do W5D3, which is a 20min run
Don't want to leave it too long but it'll prob be Weds at this rate, when I've recovered a bit and I've a dinner thing tomor night.
Dewy & Kelly, well done on week 3 - I think it's the biggest "jump" so far anyway, as you've the longer runs. Sometimes the days you think are going to be the hardest aren't too bad at all, and the day's you think you'l manage ok can be tough! Depends on rest days, food intake, and loads of factors I suppose.
Anyway...we seem to be making progress - keep it up - we'll be fab & fighting fit come Christmas!!
