kelly/emz - the reason why you should put a treadmill on a slight incline (just 0.1 to .3) is because otherwise it's like running downhill and very bad for your knees. Even with the incline, it's still easier than running outdoors, I'm afraid.

Very bold  Had a lazy weekend, well quality time with himself was well due!! Ok excuses, excuses...
Anyway, gone & got myself a cold/sore throath too, so not feeling it. Am going to repeat W4 this week cos I think with the cold etc I shouldn't be pushing too hard and also as I just re-started with wk 4 last week and only did 2days of it, it'd be best for me to repeat. Ok focused now...moving on.
Well done dewy_blue... you're flying it!

lol Blue!

I had a mega flump (sort of a hybrid of a foul humour and a general mood slump, usually PMS-related!) over the weekend and could not get motivated to go out either on Sat or Sun. And I knew there'd be someone here to tell me to pull my socks up yesterday so I purposely avoided coming on ;)

Had intended to finish W1 last night but Himself's mother invited us over for dinner at the last minute so that plan had to be shelved. Barring some similar upset to my plans this eve, I am going to do W1D3 today instead and then W2D1, D2 & D3 tomorrow, Fri and Sun respectively unless I'm in ribbons after my outing tonight.
