Started back on C25K again, did day 2 week 2 this morning ,
started off slowly and got absolutely soaked but felt great after it.
Need to keep with it now. Need to be bikini ready for December in Oz.

Here I go again!! I'm just starting Week 5 day 1 of C25K. I've signed up for the RNLI Reindeer run in Fota at the end of November. I will do it!! I will run it all! I have to keep motivating myself now. Fingers crossed! I'm actually looking forward to it.
