Hope your fitness journeys are going well. Thought I'd commit myself to this thread before the extreme Christmas dining kicks off! Lol
I was originally devoted to the couch25k, but that system turned out not to be feasible for my geographical location . . . .i.e i live in the countryside, with no street lamps, so couldn't run in evenings at all, for fear of being clobbered!
Suppose i could have driven to a place that was well lit up, but that would have defeated the purpose really.
So, I joined a gym Instead, and last week got a personal trainer to do up a plan for me.
3 day intense workout, then break . . . . just completed week one and to say I'm in pain would be an understatement
but so good, so far. I'm going to enjoy the few days off and then back to the grindstone.
How is everyone else doing? Would love to know as I feel everyone else's endeavours would motivate me to no end. Also, have you altered your diet to accommodate your new fitness regime?
