Thanks LMWs - I just thought that in my first 4 weeks that I would have a weight loss of about 7lbs, not a measly 2lbs. Considering I was so good tracking everything and keeping to my points.
And I started Wednesday morning after weighed last week going to be all positive and then I went out for dinner and did the dog and all.
Then Friday headed to Lahinch for surfing and drank and ate way too much so this week is pretty much a right off. I'm trying to be really good for the next 2 days. I'll still weigh in on Wednesday morning I'll be up I've probably wiped out the 2lbs I've lost.
Would it be possible for people to say how many points the on average spend on Breakfast/lunch/dinner and then snacks????
Or what the eat or do ye save points for the weekend??? or eat a few extra every day??
Does everybody eat all 26(x7) and 49 points ?? Sorry for all the questions
