I well and truly fell off the wagon. Crash bang ouchhhh (the trousers no longer fit and severly gross chaffing between my legs when on holidays hence the ouch)
I was on holidays last week, my bag weighed 18kg
, OMG the bag was so heavy and hard to carry. And then I realised, that's how much extra weight I'm carrying around every single day
No wonder I'm tired, out of energy and just so zonked.
So I'm back on track, tracking and eating well. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner and if I need to snack, snack within my points. Last night I sat in front of the tv with carrot sticks, was happy just to be chewing something. 15 weeks until c'mas ....Who's with me to get the weight off once and for all~????
