Flowerpower - don't overdo it. Your health is much more important so take it easy. You might be able to pilates or yoga? That might not be as harsh?

I was up AGAIN! I'm three weeks into prepay now and I'm going nowhere but up...I thought I was good last week but clearly not...I didn't go out at the weekend; I did use up my PP though but didn't track so fair is fair!

true lmw, going to do a few small walks within the day now. 25 mins is my max. So if I do that twice a day at least it's more exercise than Im doing now.

Just eating Curried Butternut Squash soup. Unreal...

1 portion(s) (large) Butternut Squash, peeled, de-seeded and diced into 1 inch cubes
2 medium Onion, All Types, quartered
2 cube(s) Stock Cube, Vegetable, vegetable, make up to 2 pints with hot water
1 1/2 teaspoons (level) Curry Powder
1 pinch Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoons (ground) Pepper, Black (Whole, Cracked or Ground)
2 medium Spring Onions, thinly sliced, to garnish

Hi :)
I well and truly fell off the wagon. Crash bang ouchhhh (the trousers no longer fit and severly gross chaffing between my legs when on holidays hence the ouch)
I was on holidays last week, my bag weighed 18kg, OMG the bag was so heavy and hard to carry. And then I realised, that's how much extra weight I'm carrying around every single day No wonder I'm tired, out of energy and just so zonked.
So I'm back on track, tracking and eating well. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner and if I need to snack, snack within my points. Last night I sat in front of the tv with carrot sticks, was happy just to be chewing something.

15 weeks until c'mas ....Who's with me to get the weight off once and for all~????

me me me me me!

I have also crashed and burned. I prepaid for six weeks in WW and ended up putting on weight...so I have decided I will do it myself at home and put the money I would be spending into a savings account. 15lbs would be awesome to have lost by Christmas - although I do want to be down 21lbs by then. I have started running again 5 times a week for half an hour so hopefully once I build up (at the moment its just running and walking, can't manage the full half hour yet) I should be doing well. Have signed up for a 5k in November...

I'm heading away in four weeks and would love to be down half a stone then so I suppose the only way I can actually do that is to stop buying the crap I have been!

Right litlemisswonders let's do it!!!!!!!!!!
My leader last week said it's 12 weeks until 6th December which is really the start of the party season. So 1 pound a week would have me down to 11.2stone. ESSENTIAL.
I'm eating well and treats i.e. chocolate and crisps are simply that...TREATS. So no eating them as snacks. End of.
Roll on weigh in on Thursday!

I'm doing it at home at the moment. I won't make my weigh in because I've started running after work, but to be honest I would rather do the run anyways than go to the meeting.

I'm 12.3 at the moment. Will be weighing myself at home. Aiming to have lost a stone and a half for Christmas - 1.5lbs a week (ish) is achievable once I get off my backside!

Good luck this week :D
