Buckle Up, Ladies!

essie

I thought we’d have a little gander at some of Essie’s summer delights. It’s particularly pertinent today as well, what with all the finger pointing everyone does round about election time – and by God, we want those fingers to be perfectly manicured, don’t we?

Trends this summer are myriad, and so Essie have brought out 12 new shades to complement them. The new shades add to their existing lineup of 200 colours – that’s a lot of polish, girls.

The Summer 2007 Collection, Buckle Up, “has been designed to be the perfect compliment to the season’s looks. Essie’s new collection of nail polish colors were created to compliment the summer’s trends and work to improve a look by pulling it together. The six new polish shades are a perfect partner to the season’s favorite colors: perennial black and white, deep and blush pinks, gold, silver, bright yellows and oranges, browns, navy blue and khaki.

The 12 shades in the new collection include:

  • Below The Belt – bright white
  • Loophole -satiny chrome
  • Huckle Buckle – glistening deep lilac (ooh I LOVE this one)
  • Chastity – so pink
  • It’s A Cinch -coral-kissed pink
  • Click It Or Ticket – heavy metal coral
