Hope the launch in Cork went really well girls!

I’m meeting an old friend for lunch in a while, haven’t seen him since last year, so we’ve some catching up to do. Then meeting my new beau to watch the rugby :) Looking forward to both.

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend!

PS: How has it grown so cold, so quickly! Bleedin’ freezin’!

Hello beauties, graduated this morning which was, eh, uneventful but grand, now home to do some writing work before back into town later on for Brasserie 66 (chips to DIE for) and bar with no name… excitement.

  • Colleen says:

So sorry I couldn’t make the launch today. I was all set to drive in the one hour journey when the pains in me bones/muscles returned. I’ve been to a rhuematologist at the start of the week but the injection obviously has worn off. At home my the fire in mourning. Hope all went well. I was dying to get out and about for the day. – Dying is probably the wrong word to use there as no one knows the cause of the pains yet.

  • Orlando says:

Colleen – that’s awful! Poor you! Are you getting cortisone injections?

    Breige – oooohh, I’m so Janice of you…. :P

Despite the miserable morning, it dried up nicely just in time for Aisling & Kirstie’s arrival – was so great meeting you! Thanks so much for the goody bags it’s great – that is my favourite conditioner!
Didn’t get a lipblam Breige but lots of other nice treats :)

  • Colleen says:

Orlando I think it was a cortisone injection – into the shoulder. Bone scan and xrays showed up nothing so I just don’t know what the problem is! Fingers can type fine though!

  • Breige says:

Orlando- ‘Janice’, I actually did laugh out when I read that!

  • Kirstie says:

Colleen – my dad had to get those and I know how painful twas for him so I fully sympathise! Gud thing your fingers can type though, phew :P have you tried alternative therapies? I know a friend of mine is studying to be a kinda therapeutic masseuse (not as dodge as it sounds, like physio but not a level 8 college degree!) and she’s amazing at things like that.

Apologies, if anyone has posted this already. . . . .

I was in Boots Jervis Street yesterday and saw there was a free “Gemma Kid” Lipgloss with “Bodyform” towels (towels cost 1.79),

I never buy these but thought to myself, Gemma Kid Lipgloss for 1.79! It’s a lovely colour I bought the bright pink and nude pink and they both smell really nice too.
