Revlon Photoready Airbrush Mousse Foundation, Perfecting Primer & Nail Polishes for March

revlon products for ss12

Lots of new stuff from Revlon to look forward to, which is always pleasing for a beauty junkie: top of the image are five of the 20 new nail shades to mark the brand's 80th anniversary. At €9 each look for Charming, Sweet Tart, Impulsive, Sparkling, Classy, Stunning, Zealous, Mischievous, Elegant, Fashionista, Radiant, Timeless, Graceful, Dreamer, Sassy, Muse, Fearless, Bewitching, Siren and Knockout on stands.

That's hardly all that's going to be new. From March, there'll be a Maybelline-alike aerosol foundation in the form of Photoready Airbrush Mousse Makeup, €19, which will come in eight shades. Oil-free, it will contain photo-chromatic pigments, which bend, reflect and diffuse light for perfectly airbrushed skin in any light (indoor fluorescent lighting, full outdoor sunlight, harsh camera flash), apparently.

There'll be a couple of other products joining the Photoready lineup too: Perfecting Primer will be €17.99, and is billed as a "revolutionary pink-tinted primer that helps soften skin and diffuse light to help minimise imperfections. Use alone for a more even and smooth complexion or create the perfect surface for makeup application by applying under your favorite Revlon Photoready foundation."  Grand so.

It's joined by another pink-tinted buddy, the Photoready Eye Primer and Brightener, €13.99, designed to reduce the appearance of lines and creases on lids and under the eye while brightening the entire eye area while keeping shadow and concealer in place throughout the day.

There are some other bits and bobs incoming too, like the much anticipated Lip Butters (info on them here) and some more makeup in the form of a Sculpting Blush Palette, €13.99, and ColorStay Crème Gel Eyeliner, €11.95, which I'd like to get a look at, personal like.
