A brand new series of Britain's favourite baking competition kicks off tonight with twelve new contestants all battling out to become the best amateur baker in all the land.
The old gang are all returning with sparkly-eyed Paul Hollywood joining the lovely Mary Berry on the judging panel, while Mel and Sue will return as presenters.
The competitors first signature challenge is to make a Madeira cake, before they attempt to bake a frosted walnut cake in the technical. Day two of the contest sees the contestants going all out to try and impress the judges with their first showstopper, the Black Forest gateau.
Let's hope there's no Baked Alaska Gate this time round!
