What have you been chatting about around the water-cooler or with friends over coffee these days? We would put a strong bet on that the only thing on your collective minds is RTÉ's hit series (to put it mildly) the magnificent Love/Hate.
From the early days with lovely Darren to a nationwide furore over THAT cat to the most explosive and compelling series yet, the whole country are glued to the shenanigans of Nidge and co.
For six weeks, the fifth series of Love/Hate had viewers at the edge of their seats. Following Nidge's efforts to get back in the game by taking out a huge loan from Spain-based drugs boss Terence May with Terence's nephew Pauley and other enemies (does poor oul Nidge have any real friends?) looking set to put a spanner in the works - we all had to wonder, could Nidge regain his Kingdom?
Series 5 had to come to a close eventually and alas, it wrapped up last Sunday in terrifying fashion. But never fear, you can relive it all over again - or watch it all at once if you like if you somehow missed this season - as the Love/Hate Series 5 DVD is available now from RTÉ.ie and in shops nationwide, retailing at €14.99.
