Until you read the small print, the Body Shop loyalty card sounds great - 10% off all purchases, a free gift on your birthday, exclusive cardholder offers, product updates and invitations to member events. And then you realise you have to pay for it. It costs €5 in the UK, so no doubt it'll be approx one million euro here. That's a bit steep for a card which is supposed to reward your loyalty! I don't think they thought about this for too long, really.
