This New Year we’ve been having tons of discussions on the site about weight. Rightly or wrongly it’s something that seems to be constantly on our minds at this time of year and research conducted by Special K as part of their new “What will you gain when you lose” campaign adds more statistical fuel to the fire.
Over half* of Irish women surveyed admitted to having up to five negative thoughts about their body every day. Pretty much every New Year Irish women decide on a “new body” resolution – whether it’s losing weight or exercising more. This year Special K want us to stop focusing on those numbers on the scale and instead start concentrating on how we feel when we make a positive change in our lives.
Special K say: whether it’s slipping into a favourite dress, getting in shape for the New Year ahead or simply achieving that fabulous feeling of looking great in your favourite jeans, Kellogg’s Special K wants to put the power back in your hands and help you look great, feel fabulous and stay positive when achieving your ideal weight
And they’ve got a fantastic competition to help get us inspired!
