Scarie – I don’t know about silk pillowcases, I haven’t tried them but I’ve heard mixed reports. Sleeping on your back though is the way to go though if you want to avoid wrinkles!

Em – how do you not suffocate?!

Sweetie – I would think dry skin is what it is best suited to, but if you have combination (which lets face it most of us do) a good exfoliater and cleanser should stop you from getting clogged up.
