Aqueous cream and silcock’s base. Wait til I get to work to put on my make up, if I’m wearing any because they take a while to soak in. AMAZINGLY they don’t give me spots. Most moisturisers do!

I’m really liking the body shop vit E mask at the moment. Also do weekly EA eight hour masks, THEE beauty tip from the nineties. Don’t think there was a single magazine issue that didn’t have a super model gushing about the wonders of slapping it on, especially when she flew on transatlantic flights!

Deasa1, 14 of the capsules = 1 tablespoon of the oil. The oil is much better value!

I’m out of serum, i might try the La Roche Posay one you mentioned. I’m using Boots day and night cream, with Oil Arganic, Cicaplast and the Body shop Vit E mask. I have an oily T-zone and dry cheeks, so annoying.

Lynniedoll, what about the capsules I know they are quite big but definitely much easier then the oil. It’s great stuff though.

LynnieDoll.. I take mine in some milk. Mix 3 tablespoons in a bit of milk. Then down the hatch! I take it after my breakfast. I couldn’t take it neat! I miss Udo’s oil if I run out its that good!

Loads of TLC for my skin when it gets cold, cream cleanser + serum + a heavier moisturiser than usual. Lipbalm applied liberally every hour, and handcream as well.

Lauralou, itsound like your skin is being over stimulated. Maybe cut back on some of the products your skin might balance itself out.
