Jesus Christ I have ALL of these and more. It's a wonder I can function at all.

Drying dishes with a tea towel. No no no no! Rinse them in really hot water and let them air dry that's the only hygienic way.

Mugs or glasses that are upside down in the cupboard. My ma used to put them in like that because "wee beasties might fly into them". Then I asked her how often she cleaned to cupboard and she realised it was less hygienic. Or more likely just changed them to shut me up.

Scummy soap that's been sitting in water and started going all soft. Ugh. And hair on the soap AAAGH

There are probably tons more that I can't even remember right now because I have carefully arranged the gaff so they never happen. Like I have nothing on the kitchen counters so that they are easy to clean so I never have to see crumbs under the toaster.

I have to say that I share most of your ladies' OCD tendencies. Toothpaste is the one that really, really bugs me. Why on EARTH would you squeeze it from the middle? Why?!

One that my housemate does a lot is leave maybe half an inch of tea at the end of the cup. Drives me berserk! It's literally a mouthful of tea. We also live in a hard water area. First time ever. I can't deal. I can't fit my hand in my silly kettle to scrape all the crap out. I can't stand the sediment. I drink it but only because I can't leave anything at the bottom of the cup.

Ooh ooh, fridge doors being open any longer than they should be. All the cold gets out. :(

I can't pour milk into my tea. IT HAS TO BE SPOONED IN, by a TEASPOON. Himself is used to it by now and my Ma asks no questions but I can't drink the tea if I know it's just been wildly poured from a carton or jug.

Makes me properly nuts, I either have to decline tea made by others or sense what level of crazy I'll portray if I'm in a new friends home and I follow them to the kitchen when tea is offered.

When you see it written down, it really does look mad doesn't it?

I flip the toilet roll as well :) noone else in my house seems capable of putting it in the holder the right way, neither do they seem to care if it's wrong. I'm like the toilet roll vigilante in the house.

Tea squicks me out. I hate it. Hate the smell, teabags in the sink is disgusting cos the smell goes everywhere. But i nearly die taking them to the bin, i cannot touch tea bags. I pick them up at the very edges, with my nails so i never actually touch them. Mostly wet, but even dry ones i'm reluctant to touch.

When I was a teenager I'd have to organize things, like putting pens in order of colour and any shoes in a line. The room could be an avalanche of clothes and books, but as long as the shoes were in a line...the urge stil comes back when I'm stressed.

But the worst one that upset everyone was that I could not see an open bottle of Fairy liquid without closing it. I'd go to people's houses and close them! My poor mortified parents! Thankfully I grew out of that one!

Coffee must be with milk, otherwise not worth having
I also hate it when people put sugar in yout tea without asking. It's rare but it's happened.
One hubby hates is when my socks are inside out. He just goes on and on until I turn them. I dont give a monkeys.

Yis are all nuts. "See-through mugs are the work of the devil"....I spat my tea out reading that Lol. I agree though Kitty, glass mugs are just wrong.

On the tea thing, people making your tea the way they like to drink their tea when you visit them. That drives me nuts, I always ask people how they like their tea, weak, middling or strong, milk &/or sugar, how hard is that in fairness, I like mine weak to middling with half tea half milk no sugar but the amount of times I've been handed a cuppa you could trot a mouse across that had just about seen the dawn dairies sign in the shop window as it drove past at high speed are much too numerous to count.

Hmmm, people snorting instead of blowing their noses. Not sniffling now, actual loud snotty sounding snorting. Himself is always doing it and no amount of throwing packets of kleenex at him gets him to stop...drives me NUTS.
