Benefit Porefessional….awful, completely dried out my skin and made my make up go on all patchy….the complete opposite of what a primer should do! The girl even convinced me to buy the large tube for €44. Used it twice. Bought a Rimmel primer tonight which was 5 times cheaper, and is 5 times better!

Oh the number of smaller sized dresses I bought in the sale that I still cannot fit into! Yet there are a couple that I pull out of my wardrobe, look at and shake my head, simply not understanding what possessed me to choose that style in the first place. As far as I’m concerned, the overly ruffled purple sausage look as never, and will never, be a good one. My only defence is the fact that I become crazier about silk on discount!

I bought some Jimmy Choos online a few weeks ago. They were a bit tight when I tried them on but figured I’d wear them about the houseand break them in. Still too tight but now the soles are dirty (even though only wore them indoors) and can’t send them back. So I’ll be crippled over Christmas. At the price of them I have no choice but to wear them!!

Just let out an absolute howl of laughter at the ”fat flamingo” comment. Think by far my worst was a dress from Wallis. I’ve no idea what I was thinking, it’s utterly awful- it’s a high square neckline, and manages to simultaneously squash my boobs, gape at the shoulders and back and beautifully display my double gut. Never again will I be tempted by their sales and sneaky mirrors!

Mac Prolong wear foundation. You have to blend it in way too quickly or else it starts to congeal in some areas and disappear in others. I really don’t know why I didn’t remember that I hated it last time I bought it!

Also hated Avon Shea Body Butter as it actually smells like butter ie….. a horribly fatty smell.

Also hated Lush’s Herbalism Cleanser. I leaves a greasy film on my face.

Mine is a tad boring, a pair of Leopard skin ankle boots, they are gorge to look at, expensive and cut the feet of me!! Even with insoles, party feet etc….boo!!

Proactiv! I had spots around my mouth and jawline so thought i would give it ago, after 6 weeks i have full blown acne on my cheeks! Horrific!

When I was 25 I bought a foundation for mature skin (yeah I know!) when I saw the photos the skin on my face looks like it’s being pulled down! and not by gravity. The foundation actually made we look even over and emphasised EVERYTHING even though I look back know and know I was totally mad (i’m now 45 yikes)

I agree with The Present Primer by Philosophy. Goss said it was the best thing ever and my make up tends to come off so I spent my cash on it and it does NOTHING, no matter how I use it it does bugger all. Also, YSL touche eclat foundation, it covers nothing, stays about two hours and really doesn’t do anything for me. Estee Lauder Double Wear Liquid Liner just flakes and sticks and is the opposite of double wear in wear time. There’s more crap but thats my start! I waste SO MUCH MONEY!!!
