I find H&M skinny jeans look great and are a good fit.I got a pair for 25euro almost 2 yrs ago and they are still wearable tho the colour is a bit faded.I have some Topshop skinnies as well forgot the type but I hate the fact that they are quite stretchy so I have to wear them with a belt.I always go back to the H&M ones.

I bought the M&S jeggings on Rosemery’s recommendation and I LOVE them! Easily the comfiest jeans I’ve worn and the sizes are SO forgiving! Loads of colours if you’re feeling adventurous! AMAZING!

Thanks Rosemary, had a look at the M&S jeggings you mentioned today, and they weren’t half bad at all at all. For the first time in a very very long time I did not feel like a too tightly packaged sausage and did not leave the fitting room in tears! Hurrah! Thanks again!

Got a pair of the M&S jeggings today – love them. LOVE them. thanks for the tip off Rosemary. The jeggings display in M&S grafton street looked like a hoard of locusts had descended on it, lots of us obv read this and headed in.

last week i got a pair of marakkesh mih jeans in tk maxx for 27euro. that is not a typo. 27euro. in the tk maxx in swords. they were on the super discount rail. god bless the people that dont know what they’re looking at. i also got a pair of the london mih in the same tk maxx for 55euro. its not 27euro but its certainly not 200. lesson: tk maxx is always worth a little wander.

I never wear jeans, the fabric is too rough and scratchy and the metal buttons/studs hurts. Ends were always too long and always got ripped and knackery.
Threw out all my jeans years ago and haven’t looked back since!
dresses+tights or tailored leggings all the way now!

i recently became a skinny jeans convert after losing 2 stone, but buying good jeans is STILL an ordeal. i tend to lose patience/hope after a few shops so i settle. i currently wear new look jeans which i quite like, except they are not made for women with my shape. i have a smallish waist but big hips, and really should wear a 12. i end up getting a 14 though because my hip fat gets bunched up over the waistband [and these aren't low cut btw] or they just don’t get past my hips at all. but the 14s are too baggy then, and keep sliding off my bum!

Abfab, nope we’ve no m&s, the closest ones that I know of are Cork and Killarney. No Levis either, but they have them in Gasoline (I think) in Mahon Point in Cork. Himself has been told he is buying me a pair for my birthday in December, I’m sick of him making builders butt cracks…(he he) at me everytime I bend down to pick up the small fella.
