Aifs – you’re so right about the covergirl mascara! I picked up one in the States for blue eyes around the time Rihanna was in the campaign for them. They.were.useless!

I got the one for blue eyes and my mate got the one for green and we both like them alot. People complimented on it when we were out but maybe that’s because we were absolutely wasted lol. I like it alot as a mascara anyways but the brush clumps your lashes together unless you use an eyelash brush between each coat.

Oh, I just got this yesterday with points! £4.99, so quite the bargain at €4.50… I also got 2000 Calorie due to a “forgot my mascara” incident, it’s pretty good. Sounds like curved brush one definitely worth picking up at that price.

Ah I’m liking them, now they give nowt like 300% volume – I can’t say that they’re volumising at all but I’m wearing the Ruby today (for green eyes) and I really like it.

They’re certainly not on the same level as L’Oreal, that’s true. I’m actually wearing the L’Oreal purple liner with this today and loving them together.

Pixiwoo had an ombre vid t’other day and used the most gorgeous burgundy mascara (By Terry) but it’s €49 to have it delivered here, even I couldn’t justify that. Has anyone seen or heard of a good affordable burgundy though? I’d love to know

I’m not too pushed about the concept of tonal mascara’s, but after re-reading the review on the L’oreal mascara’s and eyeliners I’m tempted to try the purple and blue eyeliners!

I believe the tonal mascaras are a load of poo. But 2000 Calorie mascara was my first mascara (and first make up apart from lipglosses)ever, so I’ll always be sentimental about that
