Leopard print is designed to look like an animal. It’s not innately a sexual thing. I really don’t see the big deal. I used not like bikinis for kids but honestly now I think about the trouble I had getting swimsuits on and off as a child I’m beginning to see the point.

Little kids should NOT be wearing bikinis IMO, never mind leaopard print ones, it just looks wrong!! What is wrong with allowing kids to be kids these days without trying to turn them into mini-adults?? This is one step away from child beauty pageant if you ask me…

I think it’s really cute. I love leopard print and certainly have any sexual associations with it! And I distinctly remember as a child I really liked wearing a bikini because that’s what my sisters and other big girls wore.

I actually thought, based on the headline, that she’d stuck poor damian in some terrible leopard print ensemble. That would be truly horrible.

The triangle bikini with string tie ends is a bit grown up in my opinion, but crop top bikinis with sensible ends i wouldn’t really care about. The internet is happy to be outraged about lots of stupid stuff. The most scandalous thing is parents obviously pay that kind of money for togs! Karen I agree with you. I always make a point of buying swim suits for my girls, just prefer them. I want them to look like kids not mini adults.

The only thing outrageous here is Liz is charging a lot for these swimmies that kids will grow out of very quickly, yet she couldn’t afford to send these kid models to proper sunny locations, or at least a proper photoshopper?! The photoshopping is atrocious. As for the bottom right picture, the child is halfway through a blink. Not the kid’s fault that the photographer took a picture just as she was blinking, but was this the best photo they had in that outfit? Seems Liz couldn’t afford to hire a decent photographer either!

I agree little girls shouldn’t be wearing bikinis but tankinis are grand n easy to deal with wen a child needs the loo … Little girls are growing up to quick these days anyways like you can buy thongs for 7 yr olds !!! When I was 7 ud be lucky to get a vest with pink bows n I’m Only 23 !! Jesus I’m turning into my mother with the back in the day references !!!

I personally wouldnt really care if i saw a kid wearing it on the beach but its just tasteless and trashy. I think the issue is why design kids bikinis like that lepord print one because the whole point of them was to hold your boobs, and obviously little girls dont have them yet so why do it?. I do understand why people dont like it. If i had a little girl i personally wouldnt put that on her because its ridiculous. Those type of bikinis are a tad sexy for a child. Mind you, would i care if someone did it to one of their kids? nope. couldnt care less lol

Not a fan of putting children in bikini’s either – for me a one piece will do just fine. Nothing to do with fear of paedophiles or anything, I just think bikinis are for adults so leave them until they are old enough to wear them). Bikini’s on young children just seems a little tacky to me.
