Really, blood and spunk? I’d point out what that would smell like but I’m too much of a lady. Seems like a stupid thing to lie about though – why not just put a positive spin on the ole’ inoffensiveness?

Sounds right up my street. I’ve tried to like fancy grown up perfumes with exotic spices and the like, but I’m always drawn back to sweet cloying smells marketed towards thirteen year old girls.

Don’t hate me but I thought it was quite nice once it settled! Having said that I know nothing about perfume or anything – Have a big bottle of Chanel No 5 gathering dust while I’m dousing myself in Harajuku Girls!

Tried it in a small chemist in Belfast last week. Boring, boring, boring fruity generic floral.

Oh and as for the its black but sprays clean. Sprayed on my arm asked friend at other till what she thought. Was asked where I got the bruise on my arm? Yes, it was a fail black colour mark where I had sprayed Fame.

The price seems ill-advised considering it is only a celebrity perfume.

I’d imagine that Gaga’s scent is a disappointment in the vein of Illamasqua Freak – expecting to smell something unusual and dark, but actually getting the essence of boring and forgettable.

I haven’t tried eau de Gaga but if you say that it is unsophisticated AND inoffensive then nah, not interested.

I haven’t smelt it yet but if there’s any comparison to Poison I don’t think I’ll like it. I used to wear Tendre Poison as a youngster (college, early 20s) and now all it reminds me of is terrible sex with terrible men! Those are some memories I have no wish to rehash!

Don’t really get the attraction of Lady GaGa – does no one else think she’s a bit dirty looking? Not raunchy, just a bit grimy? Like if you licked her, she’d taste of your wheelie bin?
