Have PCOS so it’s a never ending battle for me
Wax myself pretty much each week, but recently invested in a home laser thingy, which I hope to God will be the answer to my prayers!

Oooooo the comments here have made me a bit paranoid about my choice of bleaching over other methods. I tend to bleach above my lip and trim them with a nail scissors, plucking the odd hair here and there that just doesn’t want to lighten.
I also pluck the ones on my chin but I’m at a bit of a loss as to what to do about my sideburns, my neck and my chest. I don’t have a full on beard or anything but the ones on my neck tend to get quite long. Sometimes I pluck or trim them, I’m also kinda like ‘eff it, i’m a grown woman with more important things to be worried about’ but I guess it does look a bit bad…
Can’t afford laser and my skins a bit sensitive for veet and stuff like that.

i used Laser machine for hair removal which gives very good results compared to other older methods like waxing, electrolysis which are painful and gives short-lasting results. Laser machine gives a vibrant skin with a long lasting result.

I waxed my brows for the first time ever last night (I’m 39!). I always plucked my brows as I’m very fair and they only needed a bit of tidying up but lately the hairs seem to be getting more plentiful and all little annoying ones that took ages to get with a tweezers and I was over it. I got the Veet facial wax strips and they’re awesome! I cut them in half to make sure I didn’t take half my eyebrow with it and it really wasn’t that painful. Will definitely continue with them.

Threading is the only way for me. Tried a few hair removal creams designed for the face but they cause a reaction and I find that more painful than the actual threading.

I find if I wax my upper lip I get pimples which look worse than the tache this doesn’t happen if I pluck with tweezers. I have to pluck daily. I’m too much of a wimp for laser, I worry that it may cause skin cancer in the long term.

I’ve got a really good friend of 9 years who has the most terrible tash…should i mention it?..she seems to try and mask it with make up and that makes it look even worse…..

any suggestions to bring the matter up in a sympathetic way?

I seriously can’t understand why her mother or sister hasn’t raised the issue?..or why a 25 yr old woman would not immediately do something about this!!!
