Such a hideous tattoo!

But I can’t escape the fact that I really admire him as an artist, musical of course! His songs are consistently excellent and place high in all music charts. Really wish he hadn’t a massive anger issue because he could have excelled in the music industry if it wasn’t for his stupidity, for want of a much better word.

But if he’s trying to make a statement or create controversy with the tattoo it would be correct to say he has certainly done that, hideous or not!

I’m willing to go with the least controversial story, that it’s a Dia de los Muertos-inspired mac face chart. It doesn’t particularly look like a battered woman to me, and i hate to say it but it feels like people are jumping on the bandwagon and making a big fuss over a few vague and shapeless smudges.

But none of that can excuse the fact that it is a TERRIBLE tattoo. Hideous.

Yeah it looks nothing like Rihanna, but you have to admit it has to have some connection to that ‘incident’? My first thought was that he’s looking for attention and maybe bringing out the old Rihanna story. I agree though, i cannot see the mentality behind this.

I only saw the Sugar Skull after I’d been told there was one as they’re usually very colourful and this isn’t. It took some really close examining to see that it wasn’t a battered woman – I don’t know how an aid or manager didn’t point that out to him.

Basically, I think he’s just stupid. I’m sorry to say that about anyone, but I get massive “thick as shite but half as useful” vibes from him. I think the media’s massively forgiving treatment of him has made him far less repentant that he should be.

I think TMZ confirmed that it is in fact MAC face chart
and the “battered” part is supposed to be a sugar skull.

I don’t think it looks like Rihanna but do find the imagery on him a little disturbing. He claims its inspired by day of the dead masks but at the same time a little cop on as to what it might look like to everyone else might not have gone astray from either himself or that tattoo artist.
I like tattoos but do think this one just looks terrible & made worse by the fact that it does look like a battered woman.
