I got married last year and the makeup artist used Beauty Flash balm as primer. She said she never used anything else.

I was particularly pleased to look good on my wedding day, as I had had such a bad reaction to wedding stress, the acid mantle on my skin disappeared. I couldn’t even use water, and could only clean with dermalogica.

My skin had no reaction to the Beauty flash balm.

I just got one of these and I’m not so sure I’m loving it. Is it possible that it eccentuates my eye wrinkles?

Also, why would anyone use it as a mask and not just on yo face all day? Surely the longer youve it on, the better, and would it make that much a diff if youve no make up over it..?

Was delighted with my bargain buy yesterday in Sam McCauleys – a full size beauty falsh balm in a gift set with a full sized hand & nail cream, body lotion, foot lotion & some sort of serum, reduced to €36 from €54..happy days!

I keep trying this, because everybody’s raging about it, but it just won’t do it for me. I get itchy, sticky skin, followed by break-outs. I can barely stand to use it for my hands just to get some of my money’s worth.

I’m probably a special case, though :p

Beth, it’s actually a 50ml sized product which is exactly what I buy all the time in Duty Free for €27 – it’s about €35 in the shops

Nothing compares to BFB. I only use it for nights out or if I need my makeup to stay on for a long day. It feels weird putting your foundation on over it when it’s so damp on your face, but you must. I also use the Clarins eye flash balm in a similar way with my concealer.

Love this product!! Picked up a 50ml one recently in Dublin Airport for €20!! Fantastic price! Needless to say I stocked up
