@Ciara – I I absolutely love the Mac one and bought two more last time I was in the airport.

@Mairead – I have the exact same problem and would definitely recommend trying the Mac version. I’m a Bobbi Brown Porcelain and most high street foundations are far too dark for me but the Mac BB is perfect.

@Edelmc I happily wear it without foundation unless I have obvious blemishes and that is saying a LOT for me. I think it’s more like a light foundation coverage-wise.

Hi – I have tried many bb creams- I like the simplicity of just one cream -especially on non-foundation days – but being a very pale Irish person have found many way to dark -like the Estee Lauder one (nice smell!), no. 7, garnier, L’oreal. I have found the maybelline one to be the lightest one and the only one I can use.

I’m confused. This is the first time I’ve heard of a BB cream. Do you apply it under your normal foundation? Or is it like a tinted moisturiser?

PS I bought an asian BB cream online too twice and it was amazeballs but then when I went to order it a third time, they sent me a child’s skirt instead…..?! Beware! Also Hickey’s pharmacy are doing €3 off Maybelline at the moment ;o) Got my superstay 24 hour foundation as it’s my favourite for oily skin xxx light beige for fair-rosy / cameo for light-yellow xxx

I snarfed me a MAC BB in the Plane Station the other week.
I love it.
AND it’s not crazy expensive either. One shade suits all, which is great and strange at the same time.
