Seanery (as he’s known in our house) is The. Only. Bond. Period. I’m married to a Scotsman (coincidence??) and that’s the way it is, there is only Sean. Husband has conceeded to Pearce lately because he’s Irish and a damn fine Bond. We both hate Daniel Craig, his facial expression makes him look constipated the whole time, he has all the personality of a tea towel and I just hate the direction they’ve taken Bond in. He was always written as a civil servant who uses brains, not brawn, to take down the bad guys. Yes they have to update a little but the new Bond films are no different to Bourne which I like but because they’re not supposed to Bond!

Dalton gets a lot of love in Bond forums, believe me I know. My favourite used to be Connery. I say used to because Daniel Craig achieved perfection in Skyfall. It helps, of course, the fact that he’s gorgeous. Just look at those blue eyes, those arms, those shoulders, that back… I better stop now.

Sean Conneroy!! That accent…swoon! Daniel Craig has such a chizeled beauty he has breathed new life into James Bond the roide!

Not so in love with our home grown Bond though! He has the look but he doesnt he hasnt got the swav smoothness

Definitely Daniel Craig!! Hooked since Casino Royale with zero previous interest in Bond. Saw Skyfall just last night – phew – he just gets hotter!! Has the look, the gravitas… and they said a Blonde Bond would never work – proved wrong or what?!

Timothy Dalton for me too! Superb actor (loved him in Jane Eyre years ago) and easy on the eye.

Although I grew up watching Roger Moore as Bond so I’ll always have a soft spot for Roger “The Tree” Moore. Don’t care for Daniel Craig or Pierce Brosnan at all – and always think of Sean Connery as horribly sexist or something – it’s just something he exudes so no thanks!

And although George Lazenby was all kinds of rubbish as an actor, he was in the best Bond movie of all time – On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.

Karen – I like Timothy Dalton too, but he’s often slagged off as a lesser Bond which is definitely unfair!
