I have done it, but I’d try to avoid really (unless I was going to piss myself). I did, however, once go out with a fella who not only insisted on peeing in front of me, he’d poo (and by poo i mean violent diarrhea) with the door open. We didn’t really last long after that…

Totally happy about the peeing, no number two-ing though. Having said that when my son was induced, due to being attached to a drip and a bazillion other things, my other half had to take me to the toilet for no2 time, and stay in there helping for the duration. In that circumstance I couldn’t care less -g iving birth is not exaclty incredibly dignifying anyways. Also having the mini has gotten me into the habit of leaving the toilet door open (so the wee man doesn’t cry). This however flouts our pre-induction day rule of number 2-ing in private.

Mentioning the ‘keeping mysterious’ thing makes me laugh. SOes anyone actually bother with that stuff!?

I have done it in the past, but i probably wouldn’t do it now unless I was absolutely bursting and he was in the shower. But I think I would feel very uncomfortable if someone was watching me.

I don’t, but have done in the past, and I don’t think it’s the sexiest so probably best left undone. But… I don’t think it’s so bad if you’re not actively watching the person/being watched!

I wouldn’t have any problem with it if my boyfriend was in the shower and I really needed to go – I would just warn him and then go for it – he would have the good manners not to look, and vice versa!

I wouldn’t. I’ve peed in front of friends while extremely drunk and seemingly afraid of going to the bathroom in a pub/club by myself. Never a number 2 though.

Did it few times with my boyfriend. The problem is, as my boyfriend says, I’m a bladder with legs – when I need to pee it’s either life or death situation. He doesn’t mind, neither do I mind him peeing in front of me. Number 2 is out of the question – never ever in my life.

I hate peeing in front of people! I actually can’t, the only times I have is when my boyfriend was in the shower and I was dying to go but he couldn’t see because of the shower curtain. Have been dragged into pub/club bathrooms by drunk friends and aquaintances even but I’ve only gone once ever in that situation. I don’t get it, it’s not bonding, if you’re sharing a shnakey naggin then grand but please don’t pee in front of me!

No no no. I do not ever do this. I agree with Lynnie, it’s not that I think “doing your business” is something to be ashamed of, it’s just that I don’t want/need/have to see it.

Not even once in ten years. I remember being shocked when Nicole Kidman did that in Eyes Wide Shut. It felt even weirder cause Tom was her real life hubby at the time. And as for number two….horrified!!
