Mandy, my lips are more cracked than dry to be honest – Like they’re okay until I put on lipstick or something, & then you just see lots of flaky skin. I have a look at it anyway!

Kittykat, that book isn’t exactly light hearted reading and if you’re not in the best form, this won’t cheer you up. Maybe you should try it once the tea and candles have done their thing

Chloe, I’ve used the Avene cold cream lip balm. I found it pretty good if your lips are dry but I’m not sure if I’d suggest it if they’re cracked or very dry. Then again I’ve been using it in very harsh conditions so maybe that’s why it didn’t work as well for me.

Had a look at the Revlon Lip Butters in Boots Jervis St. but the there was nothing left except two colours. The No. 50 one looked nice, can’t remember the name of it.

Was speaking to TLF, he managed to make time in today’s schedule for me. Got lots of gorey details about the dog. When asked if he missed me i was told no sure im really busy helpin Grandad.

Going to paint the nails now, nice red colour.

Oohhhhh Twinkletoes, now I can’t wait to read it. I love a book that grips you like that. Was reading one called The people next door but abdondened as it was so bad. Nearly finished The Other Queen by Philippa Gregory as well which is not bad.

Ms Sitting, heh heh, no its not my thing. Much happier with the tea and candles. I’m never like that in work tbh. My colleague was in stitches at me and told me its good to see I’m human after all. So cosy indoors with the gale howling outside.
Reidy thats great news. She sounds great.
Got a lend of We need to talk about Kevin by Lionel Shriver. Looks really good so hoping to get into it tonight.
Went into Dunnes today and there’s hardly any eggs left.
Will have to hit the shop up in Dominic’s tomorrow.
They’ve a huge sign on the wall in there saying “Shoplifters, we will not call the guards. Anto will deal with you”.
