Co, I can vouch for Sinus Rinse as well. It’s the only thing that naturally clears the guk out of you and it eases the popping ears, banging head and bunged up passages as a result. Plus it lasts for ever and you can get refills for it. messy but well worth it.

Co, yep, I think she dilutes it with warm water. It smells RANK but she says it doesn’t taste too bad!

KITC i was using that an it did work but i lost it in the move back from london so i think i may bite the bullet and get a new one for €25 (im just being scabby) hehe!!!!

Co – oh no! I was actually about to recommend the sinus rinse that Kitty in the City just mentioned. Got it last year & use it maybe bi-weekly and works a treat. Odd as hell when first used but good.

Oh god… sinus infections… I’ve had a good run, nothing since last June. I use Neilmed sinus rinse almost daily. Actually the only thing I have been doing new is taking an anti-histamine almost daily, doctor’s advice.

Co – would you try a nasal spray? I was suffering horribly with my sinus & my doc put me on a steroid nasal spray to help. Not a problem since.

ladies im gonna bring up the sinus issue again, has anyone got any good ideas, that is not antibiotics, for helping with sinus infections. I’m f’d with them lately, got an antibiotic, did f all, any herbal/health shop kinda things that may help???
