Chloe, I have a lunch planned with a ‘frogoleague’ (love that word, Bobby Pins, really do) on Monday in a fish restaurant. I’m trying not to think too much about it!
I’m not tired enough to sleep but not well enough to do anything useful like cleaning the flat, so frustrating!!! Thanks for listening to my moaning on about how think I am by the way, you’re all lovely.

I’m doing some online window shopping (the perils of being stuck in bed), I’ve decided I need a clutch for Christmas. We’re celebrating it a couple of days earlier with my bestie and his BF, we’re going to see West Side Story, and then the bestie has booked dinner in a fancy (well I hope it’s fancy, given how much the meal costs) restaurant.
I have a long black dress, a lace cardigan/vest to cover my arms (I have this idea that bare arms are not lady-like, no idea where I took it from, so I always have a shawl or a cardigan with me), my gorgeous velvet scarf from Italy, but no bag.
I’ve seen a few on Zara but they look more expensive than they’re worth, so I don’t know. Penneys is not in France (yet, next year it should arrive I’ve seen), and my trustful NafNaf has disappointed me.
Have you girls seen anything nice on Asos? In H&M? Except for my scarf, the rest of my outfit is on the cheap side of high street, so I’m not necessarily looking for something very expensive, I’ll probably only use it this one time anyway.

mummypupper, don’t worry about it – I used to think my parents were ancient, even though I’m 19 & they’re both early forties!
thefrog, I was awfully sick last week & still haven’t returned to eating properly which is so frustrating! Went out for dinner last night & didn’t even manage a quarter of my plate. I was so looking forward to it!
