mademoiselle- that’s terrible. If they are your annual leave holidays then you are entitled to take them, of course taking into account work pressures. But surely they know you are in college and supporting you. I have colleague who is studying at the minute and we are all picking up some of his work to take the pressure of him. Keep up the pressure on them don’t let them away with it.

witchgirl26, I haven’t waxed in the premises you referred too but I had a 12week blow dry done there. The treatment itself was fine but the staff were horrible (changed my appt, then gave out when I came 5 mins late, left me 20 mins while they chatted behind me, no toilet paper in any cubicles on a busy Sat morning). Not sure if that helps, I certainly won’t rush back.

Congrats Atkin, great news!

Ugh, rotten stuff going on with work at the minute, they are refusing to allow me to take holidays to complete teaching practise for my postgrad. Looks like I might have to choose between work and the course pretty soon…

Hey all. Haven’t been around for ages coz work was so busy.

Atkin – seriously congrats!! Say you’re bouncing with excitement.

Quick q – has anyone had waxing done in Revive in Milltown? I’m a complete wax virgin but want to get a bikini one done. Epilator is great on my legs but can’t psych myself up to do a proper bikini line with it & shaving just does not suit me. Other recommendations in Santry would also be welcome – I’m back & forth between Milltown & Santry so either is good. Thanks nice ladies!

Atkin honey, I am delighted for you. If the test says positive then you is knocked up baby cause it tests for a hormone that is only present if you are growing a tiny person inside you. Congratulations, best news I’ve heard all day. Hugs xx

Well Bobby, my weekend involved a lovely day off on Friday restocking Chilly and generally being lazy and chomping on crisps in the evening.

Saturday took in the match and a little bit more food shopping. Then I was having my dinner and my sister bails in after her ballgown zip burst on her! In between the fits of giggles one gets, she tried on another dress which barely zipped on on her and was a bit too, ahem, booby. I ended up putting theatrical glue on her bazookas to hold the dress up a bit more!

After that eyefull, I went into Pantibar to meet friends where I found Wally, much to the delight of her mates Onwards to the Dragon for a night of merriment and cavorting where a lesbian undid my top as she liked my girl bits that much And yes, we swapped details

As for Sunday, it involved pressie getting in Boots. The Smashbox repcame over to me and gave out when I was at the No 7 counter talking to one of their reps (Hi Shelly!). I put her in her place when I told her how much Smashbox I own; more than her by her own admission

The weekend ended with good ol Ollcharr Ros na Run; Bhi me agus Orla ag caint as gaelige ar an facebook san oiche. Ceart go Leoir
