Evening all! Monday’s over thank the Lord! Wrecked this morn,himself has a bug so was up half the night with mop& bleach,poor thing,hes improved now though.
Mummypuppr- sorry to hear about your mm,hope the cancer is treatable. You’re 100% right,makes you really appreciate your own health.
Ams-ive noticed boots doing that with a lot of products,i was looking at the dollar rrp of the real techniques brushes-way cheaper. I plan on picking up some during my nyc trip,roll on this weekend yipeeeee!

thefrog + Beth TV. Thank you both. the maths will come in handy next time I go looking.
What I’m trying to figure out is which size luggage (medium or large) would be suitable for say a week in Spain. because regardless of the size of the bag, I will fill it with my whole bedroom if possible, but the weight catches me then!!and it kills me to pay the over weigh charges!
So when I put the luggage next to each other, I was trying to see which looked like a case for a week that wouldnt tip the scales over!

the measurements were on the label but the case size was in litres!! which I don’t understand.
A medium will probably do the trick for me! I’ll do a little more homework!

I guess I confused myself and now I’ve confused the whole blather!!
Sorry It made sense in my head!!

Happybubblegal, the size of the case only determines if you can class it as hand luggage to take on board; Froggy’s formula has it right on the spot. Weight is still dependent on what you have inside your bag; a laptop, couple of books, coats or pairs of boots will weight more than normal clothes. It’s almost handier to check the bag in and be done with at times except they weigh them as well or even to not travel at all

Happybubblegal: for the “too small but too big for Ryanair” are you sure? The maximum size allowed is 55*40*20 and that’s actually not so bad (44L), at least for a 3 to 5 days break.

I’m not quite sure what you mean by “how the litres work”. To get the volume in litres, you multiply the length by the width and the heigth and you divide the figure by 1000.

Hey All,
we’re half way through Monday now.. twil be over soon and time for pjs and soaps (could be just my Monday night ritual tho??)

I’ve a bit of a random question. i really want one of the suitcases that are on 4 wheels (do ye know the ones?) I’ve been having a look online and in Debenhams at the weekend. They seem to come in Small, Medium and Large.

My problem you ask? well I want a decent suitcase that’ll do for a weeks holidays but won’t put me over the 20kg limit.

Has anyone a clue how the litres work in this situation?

The small is too small for a weeks hols, but too big for mr ryan airs checker yoke.

The Medium looks okm but possibly is a bit too small

The Large is too Big!!

Could be just me being too fussy!! has anyone any clue or advise where or how I suss this out? Mr google hasn’t been much help to me this morning.

I know its a total 1st world problem.. but thought I’d put it out there… anything to avoid working!! lol

Gossipgal – Celine is right, I’ve found nice jeans in next for about €25, but that was over a year ago. I’ve also got 2 lovely pairs from a-wear if you’re near one!
