Afternoon all. I was also very sad to hear of the two little girls killed in that accident in Tuam. It really puts things in perspective in life. I had been a bit stressed about a few things yesterday and then I heard that, and it made me ashamed of myself. My problems are very minor compared to what those poor people are going through.

Morning all. Got the MBTs down from the attic. They’re too heavy to wear in summer. I wish they weren’t so ugly as they are so flipping comfortable, I can walk for miles in them.

I got this book out of the library: “Sexy Forever, How to Fight Fat After Forty. You’d think 6 pounds wasn’t a big deal to shed but it’s proving very difficult.

Don’t know what is wrong with me today I can’t seem to get anything done. I’m in since half8. Started loads & I haven’t finished a single thing !!

BethTV – awh no thats terrible. The cost & loss of limited edition stuff is killer.

Ladies highly recommend getting the flu jab . I have long term respiratory illness so I need to get it but it makes such a difference I get the odd cold but no flu’s, so don’t end up with chest infections or missing work. It’s small injection hurts for few seconds but I’ve got it for the last few years and I have hardly been sick with flu or colds.
