Sparkle101, I used to do the same as well. My doc said it is fine to do once in a blue moon but that at my age (33) not recommended. I hope that helps.

Sparkle101 – I was on Microlite for years and I used to do that the odd time (holidays etc) and it was always grand.

Sparkle 101 – I’m on the same & think its ok to do it. As Niamhers said though you might get a bit of spotting. Might be good to go a while after without running any together if you can.

Afternoon everyone!

Beth, great article! Would have loved to have seen the pictures.

Went to see The Avengers last night, really enjoyed it, there were some funny parts to it. Stomach not feeling the best last night though when I went to bed. And it’s still a bit queasy now Though I think if I ate something light it would clear up.
