Rosemary: if you are around I just want to say a huge thank you for your red shoe-stopper feature in today’s Times. The dresses are gorgeous. Thinking of investing in the Oasis number. Your a genius.

Also well done to all those taking part in the Dublin City Marathon today. Himself was thrilled he managed to knock over 10mins off last years time. It’s a massive achievement to finish it at all.

Sandra, leave this driving school now: you will never learn anything good if the guy feels he needs to be rude shout at you. Hope you’ll find a nice and gentle instructor.
Sorry to hear about losing your BT bag, hopefully the driver will be a good man and hand it somewhere. Fingers crossed it will resurface.

Sandra – I get what you mean about the instructor shouting, that’ll never help put you at ease. I definately would get a different instructor. I had 3 instructors when I learned & got different things from all of them. And hopefully the taxi man was good, spotted your bag & handed it in somewhere.

Sandra, that’s awful about the wee BT bag. Give it a couple of days and follow it up with Irishtown or Santry Garda stations; they deal with lost property from taxi’s so hopefully somebody is honest. Silly as it sounds but the driving instructor has a good idea in what he said. Some learners can be too cautious at times so it gives them a wee bit more assertiveness behind the wheel. Mind you, he shouldn’t have shouted at poor you.

So I’ve my Halloween fancy dress idea in my head now. I’m working at a party so it needs to be simple; an open wound with a rusty nail in it

Sandra, would you try to take something like rescue remedy to take before hand as well? I find it helps sometimes. Its hard going learning something new.

I have contacted a few instuctors to see how i get on with them! Hopefully things will pick up!

Dreamgirl – thanks it was just so annoying my handbag was big and I missed it before i got in was going to put it in my bag! I contacted BT’s in case the guy is decent and drops it back… Some girl will be happy! :O ha ha

Hey I tried to leave a comment here earlier, but for some reason it wouldn’t go up! Yea, about my hair, the salon I go to uses L’oreal so I suppose it would sense to stick with the same brand to an extent.

Sandra i’m so sorry about losing your little bag of goodies. Its horrible losing something like that. As regards the driving, maybe you should switch instructors if thats the way the other bloke carries on. You need someone really patient and understanding.
